Following the creation of WorkSafe ACT on 3 May 2010 to combine the former Workcover and the Office of the Work Safety Commissioner, a new website will now be developed to combine the information and functionality provided by this website and the Commissioner's website.

The new enhanced website will enable WorkSafe ACT to provide a 'one-stop shop' for health and safety matters in the ACT.
