| Justice Facilities |
Includes correctional centre, remand centre, detention place or a place where a detainee is directed to work or take part in an activity or any other place where a person may be in custody. |
| Disability Services |
Includes home help, maintenance, personal care, food services, assessment or referral, information services, coordination and case management, recreation, counselling, community inclusion, employment and other services for people with a disability as defined by the Human Rights Commissione Act 2005. |
| Migrants, Refugees and Asylum Seakers |
Includes services for people who are, or intend to be, migrants, refugees or people who cannot, or have difficulty in, communicating in English. |
| Services for Addicitons |
Includes treatment, care, rehabilitation or protection for people who are addicted to, or misuse, a substance or an activity. |
| Housing and Accommodation |
Includes public, social and community housing, housing assistance, refuges and crisis accommodation. |
| Mental Health |
Includes services relating to treatment, care, rehabilitation or protection of people who are mentally impaired, dysfunctional or mentally ill. This also includes referral and assessment services. |
| Homeless |
Includes drop in centres, soup kitchens and referral and support programs. |
| Prevention of Crime |
Includes services to reduce the likelihood of a person committing an offence. |
| Victims of Crime |
Includes counselling and support, therapeutic intervention, financial assistance or other services that assist or support victims of crime. |
| Emergency Services Personnel |
Includes services provided by an emergency service or a person acting on behalf of an emergency service. |
| Transport |
Includes taxis for mobility impaired people and other transport services for vulnerable people. Only applies if a person is required to hold a public vehicle licence or a driving instructor certificate of accreditation to perform the service. |
| Vocational and Education Training |
Includes vocational training providers, industry training, pathway to employment programs, literacy, numeracy and English language services. Does not include schools or colleges. |
| Clubs, Associations and Movements |
Includes sporting teams, art classes or other extracurricular activities for vulnerable people and other services provided by clubs, associations and movements. Clubs, associations and movements may be incorporated as an association under the Associations Incorporation Act 1991, a cooperative under the Cooperatives Act 2002 or may be a group not incorporated through legislation. |
| Religious Organisations |
Includes Sunday schools and other services provided by a reigious organisation or by a person on behalf of a regious organisation. |
| Coaching and Tuition |
Applies if the activity or service includes coaching or tuition by a commercial entity. A commercial entity includes companies and other body corporates or sole traders who provide a service for a fee with the intention of making profit. It does not include associations incorporated under the Associations Incorporation Act 1991. |
