CODES OF PRACTICE

Fitness Industry Code of Practice
	This Code of Practice for the ACT Fitness Industry is a mandatory Code approved by under section 34 of the Fair Trading Act 1992. The Code specifies minimum standards that apply to suppliers providing fitness services to consumers.
Motor Vehicle Service and Repair Industry Code of Practice
	There is a requirement placed upon Motor Vehicle Service and Repair Businesses to provide certain information to consumers. These forms are now available in Adobe Acrobat format:
