OUR SERVICES FOR CONSUMERS
The Office helps consumers to help themselves by advising them of their rights under legislation administered by the Office.
The Office can give advice to consumers over the phone or in person and can provide an extensive series of publications and information.
If you are unable to resolve a problem directly with a business or trader, you may wish to call the Office for some tips on how to resolve your complaint.
Please note:
You must approach the business or trader about the problem you have
been experiencing before contacting the Advice and Complaints
Unit.
The Office does not provide legal advice. If you require legal advice, you will be advised to contact your own independent solicitor or a free legal advice service.
