Upon incorporation of an association in the A.C.T. copies of documentation relating to the association are available to the public.

An index of all associations ever incorporated in the A.C.T. are available below for general searching as a PDF document.  This data is correct as at close of business 12 June 2011 and is updated on a regular basis.

If you require more detailed information regarding a particular association (extract, copies of annual returns etc), you may apply by completing a Search Request and paying the prescribed fee.

• over the counter at the Office of Regulatory Services;
• by fax to (02) 6207 0487;
• by email to ors.bil@act.gov.au; or,
• by post to the Office of Regulatory Services.

If you wish to fax, email or post your search request, please ensure the credit cardholder has signed the search request authorising the credit card to be debited the correct fee amount.
